14 DAY RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, you may either return or exchange your items back to us within 14 days of receiving your items, depending on your location. Your return is subject to the following Terms & Conditions and, by making a purchase from Lae Lae London, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

Please note we do not refund the original postage costs or the return postage charge

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

• The item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. 
• All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if item contains them. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear fake tan and remove any jewellery that may snag.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7 working day period as we will not receive them within the return window or for any items returned not meeting the original condition standards.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that were not delivered due to not paying customs fee/denying the delivery and returned to us via shipping courier on international orders.
  INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
•  International orders: If you refuse the customs charger charge, the parcel will be returned to Lae Lae London. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For international orders please note any return duties or taxes that Lae Lae is charged will be deducted from the refund total.
